I was always playing a game. Street football. Pick up basketball. Ultimate Frisbee. I always enjoyed the fun of sports. A lot more casual sports than organized sports. Then as I got older I started to better appreciate sport specific training. I read about training regiments and consulted Master Trainers and was lucky enough to train around some professional athletes. I designed my own programs for the fun of it and had success. I got into plyometrics and dunked a basketball for the first time at 35. I studied muscle nutrition and gained 12 lbs. of lean, flexible muscle. Before I knew it I had a bit of a following at the gym! That was when a good friend shared a thought. Why not do this professionally? So I did. And I took all my personal experience and knowledge with me. I practice the same concepts I share with my clients. And the results have been terrific!

I will teach you how to break the body up into parts that will lead you into the best practices for posture, relaxed effort, and alleviate stress on your physical form. You will be surprised at how quickly you will be completing ab workouts with as many as 320 reps or more! Your growth will be quick without overloading your self. Once you are introduced to methods that build you up rather than tear your body down. You will rapidly notice the difference when performing functional movements that will assist you all day long.

The most overlooked aspect of full body fitness and health is flexibility and range of motion. See how a muscle needs to work and how a truly healthy muscle is one that is used to its fullest capacity. ​Dynamic movement and explosive reaction methods will help to achieve that full capacity
